HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN / REFUND:
If any product you receive does not meet your expectations, don't worry!
Remember you have up to 10 days to return it and ask for a full refund.
1. Please complete the following form: www.castellamare.co/returns
2. Follow the instructions you receive by email.
- Please return your products with the original labels intact as well as its individual packing.
- Please remember you have up to 10 days to return your package to our warehouse to be eligible for Refund. After this period, additional fees may apply.
- Once we receive your package, we will proceed to check if the goods come in perfect conditions along with its original labels. Please allow 10 business days for this process to be done and for you to receive an email with the details about your refund.
a) If your payment was made by Credit or Debit Card please allow 2 to 30 business days for the refund to be reflected in your Balance. (This delay depends on your bank's time process, some may take more days than others).
b) If you made your payment through PayPal, your refund might be reflected in no more than 10 business days in your account.
* In case that the goods you return come in bad conditions, used or without labels, we will let you know and will ask you to pay for the shipping costs back to your address, and no refund will be done.
