By making a purchase at this online store, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:
Prices exclude Tax.
- Returns and Exchanges: For all the exchanges the product needs to be in perfect conditions, new as it was received with labels and packing. If incurred, all shipping costs must be covered by the customer. If incurred, all duties and taxes must be covered by the customer. Days for Exchange: 10 Natural Days after received.
- Returns and Exchanges subject to our policies available at www.castellamare.co/satisfaction
- Colors might have a slight variation to the real product, depending on the device where it is seen.
- Castellamare is not responsable for the delays of the carrier (ie. FedEx, UPS, DHL or any other used for shipping). The buyer should contact directly the carrier for any tracking of the parcel. If the buyer request shipping to a zone that Castellamare’s Carriers do not deliver, money of the order will be refunded and the order will be cancelled.
- Carriers only deliver in business days.
- In case of loss of the package by the carrier, Castellamare will open a case with the carrier and will reship the order to the buyer at no extra cost.
- If the order can't be delivered and is returned to Castellamare, due to address mistakes, customer not found by FedEx, or customer did not pick up the package held in FedEx facilities, the order will automatically be refunded at 50% of its value. This penalty is to cover part of the expenses incurred by Castellamare in the return shipping costs and duties.
- The customer is responsible at all times for ensuring the successful delivery of his/her order, once the carrier pick it up at origin.
